Which shape fits your program

Credit card USB drives work as interactive business cards and mail flat. Swivel drives and classic USB sticks are the economical choice for trade shows and onboarding kits. USB wristbands suit runs, festivals and campus events. How much capacity you need

A PDF catalog, a slide deck or a few hundred photos fit in 1 GB to 4 GB. Video needs more: a few minutes of HD video take about 1 GB. Pick the capacity on the product page and the price table changes with it. Small capacities cost almost the same, so a step up is often cheap, while 32 GB and 64 GB cost noticeably more. Keep in mind that a drive sold as 8 GB shows slightly less free space on a computer, because capacity is counted in decimal units and the file system uses part of it.

Printing or engraving your logo

Plastic drives usually take a pad print or a screen print in one or two colors. Card drives and several sticks print in full color, so photos and gradients reproduce. Metal, wood and leather drives are best laser engraved, which gives a permanent, tone-on-tone mark. Minimums, setup and timing

Most models start at 25 to 100 pieces, and a few metal drives can be personalized in smaller runs. A one-time setup charge applies per design, and a reorder with the same artwork is not charged setup again. Production takes about one to three weeks after proof approval, depending on the model, and several models have a rush option.
